Bibiani under curse-Bibianihene cries out
The bad deeds such as having sex with married women in the bush amongst my people, invoking of curse and many others have put my community under curse.
According to Nana Ngoa Anyima Kodom (II), the Chief of Bibiani and the Krontihene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area, the area needs purification and his people must accept his plea and join hands with him to sanctify the community.
Speaking on Silver FM's Omanbapa Morning Show monitored by Africannewsgh, Nana Ngoa disclosed that, mushrooms have even stop growing in the community which he believes is as a result of those bad attitudes on the part of some his natives.
"Now our lands are unable to produce common mushrooms for years.I think this is a result of the aforementioned acts", he added.
Stressing on issues, Nana Kodom (II) said, acts like bush-sex, invoking of curse, thieving, incest, rape etc.. are abomination behaviours that retire the development of a community and the nation as a whole.
Nana Ngoa Anyima Kodom is therefore calling on his people to come together and fight to bring improvement and development to Bibiani under his reign and to the coming future.
He elaborated that, the residents must accept that, purification is the only panacea to salvage to area from any obstacle hence they should start changing from their unaccepted attitudes.
SUSPENDING KOKU ANYIDOHO FROM THE NDC DOESN'T MAKE SENSE- ANDY KANKAM
The Editor for the Informer Newspaper who doubles as the Executive Director of the Atta Mills Institue, Mr. Andy Kankam has slamed the Executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), for suspending Koku Anyidoho from the party.
The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) have suspended Samuel Koku Anyidoho from the party with immediate effect.
Johnson Asiedu Nketia, the General Secretary of the party in a letter on Monday said at a meeting on January 20, this year, the Functional Executive Committee (FEC) considered two separate petitions from two members.
He explained that two petitioners lodged an official complaint against his former deputy “which is viewed in breach of the party’s disciplinary code for its members as contained in the NDC constitution.”
Mr Mobarak Abdul-Karim (who is the Oti Regional Communication Officer), and Eric Adjei (Bono Regional Deputy Communication Officer) brought a case against the Chief Executive Officer of the Atta Mills Institute.
According to the chief scribe, after it deliberated on the petition, they took a decision in accordance with Articles 46(1), 46(6) and 46(8)(b) of the party’s constitution.
Subsequently, it has suspended Mr Koku Anyidoho membership with immediate effect and will refer the petitions to the party’s disciplinary committee for further action.
Mr. Andy Kankam who is a well known member of the NDC said, there is no reason for Johnson Asiedu Nketiah to suspend Koku Anyidoho from the party.
According to him, it doesn't make sense if Mr. Asiedu Nketiah suspended Koku Anyidoho based on the petition by one Mr. George Adjei.
"I will be very disappointed if Johnson Asiedu Nketiah suspended Koku Anyidoho based on the petition that lacks merit", he said.
"This suspension will not stop Koku Anyidoho from realizing his dreams", he said in an interview with Kumasi based Oyerepa fm monitored by Africannewsgh.
