I will return to Kotoko- Agyeman Badu

Former Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman Badu has revealed that he will play for Kumasi Asante Kotoko before he retires.

According to him, he is hopeful to play for the giant club Kumasi Asante Kotoko but he is not ready to make a return to the Ghana Premier League.

“I have said many times that I will definitely return to Kotoko before I finally retire from football but the truth is that for now, I am not ready to make a return to the Ghana Premier League”, he told Hello FM.

 He again dismissed the speculation about signing for a Ghana Premier League club in the ongoing transfer period.

The former Udinese midfielder has been unattached after parting ways with the Serie A side Hellas Verona.


”I am currently waiting for some deals and hopefully soon I will be back in Europe to continue my career," he ended.

After making 78 appearances for Ghana and scoring eleven goals in the process, Agyeman Badu announced his retirement from the Black Stars this year.

To the Editor, Why I didn’t show up for the morning news production on Monday On that fateful day (Monday, April 4 th 2022) I was preparing to come and produce the morning news despite the heavy rainfall and lack of electricity in my area. I was ready to come around 4:30am when my father ordered me to wait due to crime rate in my area and especially such an ungodly hour. From where l stay, I have to board a taxi to the main road before getting a car to work but unfortunately, there was no car at the time I arrived there around 5:10am because of the rain and lack of electricity.
