Achimota-Rasta student’s saga: The best interest of the students must be paramount- Lawyer Kpepu
Private Legal Practitioner, Lawyer Martin Kpebu has stated that, the interest of the students must be paramount after they won the case against Achimota Senior High School.
He believes that, although the dreadlocked students have won the court case which allows them to be admitted to the Achimota School, they should brace themselves up for tough times.
Tyrone Marhguy and Nkrabe are the two dreadlocked students who were denied admission by Achimota School for having thick hairs that they were not ready to cut.
Lawyer Kpepu added that, this is not the first time children with dreadlock have been admitted into Achimota Senior High School.
According to him, they will appeal to the school authorities to look at the best interest of the students without any bad mindset.
He added that, the school should continue with their culture of diversity with no discrimination against once culture.
…..LAWYER KPEBU FIRST…..
He again added that, a dreadlock student can enter into Senior High School if they have all the criteria to have the dreadlock.
